As a fellow homeschool parent, I know how powerful it can be to give kids (and parents!) a space to move their bodies, calm their minds, and have fun all while supporting physical and emotional development.

These yoga sessions are designed with all ages and abilities in mind, offering playful movement, mindfulness, and community. Whether you're looking for a one-time event, a PE-style class, or an ongoing enrichment option, homeschool yoga can be a joyful addition to your learning routine.

Because age and attention span have different needs, Homeschool Yoga can be scheduled for 30 minutes up to 1 hour.
